Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm for all enquiries
You can also call us outside these hours to report emergencies (including emergency repairs) only, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can find out what is classed as an emergency repair and more information about our repairs timescales on this website.
Routine repairs should be logged through Your Platform, however following customer feedback we have once again expanded our telephone service and repairs can now be reported at any time between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
To comply with data protection laws, if your call involves personal or tenancy information, we will ask you to confirm your identity by answering three security questions.
