If you wish to report an issue with a neighbour or other anti-social behaviour, please use our anti-social behaviour report form. Our complaints team are unable to assist with anti-social behaviour issues and reporting them via this form may slow down our response to you.
We collect information on the complaints we receive so that we can learn from them, but we treat the information you give us in the strictest confidence. We will only share the information within our organisation and with other agencies or contractors so that we can investigate your complaint fully.
