In light of the global epidemic, Coronavirus COVID–19 (COVID-19), Platform Housing Group (the Group) has taken the decision to amend the existing timescales within our Complaints Procedure and also the methods available to customers to make complaints. Investigations may take longer than our revised timescales due to the availability of staff in the business.
All of our offices are currently closed so due to this we will only be able to receive feedback made on our website, by e-mail or by phone. We will be providing all written responses via e-mail until further notice. We will of course review these temporary amendments when government guidance changes.
We try to give you the best service we can, but we know that things can go wrong and we make mistakes. If this happens, we want to know so we can try to put it right.
If you want to give us feedback on poor service, please use our Enquiry and feedback form. However if you wish to start our formal complaints procedure, please use the form below.
If you wish to report an issue with a neighbour or other anti-social behaviour, please use our anti-social behaviour report form. Our complaints team are unable to assist with anti-social behaviour issues and reporting them via this form may slow down our response to you.
We collect information on the complaints we receive so that we can learn from them, but we treat the information you give us in the strictest confidence. We will only share the information within our organisation and with other agencies or contractors so that we can investigate your complaint fully.
You can find out more about how we deal with your complaints and comments by downloading our Feedback policies below.
