Before reporting a repair please check whether the repair is our responsibility or your responsibility.

If you have recently moved into a brand new or totally refurbished home, you may be eligible for repairs under guarantee.

Emergency repairs

If your repair is an emergency, such as a flood or total loss of power, please call us immediately on 0333 200 7304 - this line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Non-emergency repairs

  • using Your Platform
    Log into Your Platform and go to the Repairs tab. You can also check what repairs we have logged for your home and when we expect to complete the works.

If you have any questions about a repair you have already reported, please check the Repairs tab of Your Platform

You can also report non-emergency repairs by calling our Contact Centre on 0333 200 7304 between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. These hours have been extended based on customer feedback.
