As a Tenant Adviser you will work with staff and other tenants to guide Platform’s decision making process. You will be expected to provide a customer focused view of how we should deliver our service to local communities.
You will work with a regional Community Engagement Officer who will ensure that you have access to staff, documentation and any other material required to carry out your role.
You will require training to be an effective Tenant Adviser, this will include:
You will be expected to meet with other Tenant Advisers in your region a minimum of 4 times a year.
You will work to a schedule with other Tenant Advisers to ensure there is tenant representation at management meetings, and contractor meetings. You will typically be expected to attend 5-6 of these meetings a year.
