Your Platform is a quick, easy and secure way to self-serve outside of normal office hours and without having to wait on hold 

Your Platform is a digital self-service portal that gives you access to a wide range of services at a time to suit you.

It is accessible using your browser at, or via an App available on Google Play and the Apple App Store (just search "Your Platform")

Using Your Platform you are able to:

  • Make a payment or set up a direct debit
  • Update your contact details
  • Report and keep track of any non-emergency repairs at a time that suits you
  • Find out useful information about your home
  • Check your tenancy documents
  • Send, receive and keep track of messages between you and Platform
  • Give us your feedback
  • Access details about your home
  • Report anti-social behaviour

Your Platform allows you to quickly and easily access services you need, when you need them.
