Please let us know if your contact details, such as your mobile phone number, change. This is important in case we need to contact you in an emergency - for example, if you have a burst pipe.
You can update your contact details using Your Platform by going to My Details - you can find this by clicking on your email address in the top corner.
Please let us know if you are not going to be living in your property for more than 28 days.
The easiest way to do this is using Your Platform, and can found on the Property tab under "Further actions".
