Homes Direct is an established online choice-based lettings service covering most of the Midlands and Lincolnshire.
Homes Direct allows you to see and apply for vacant rented and shared ownership homes from us and many other housing associations and local councils in many areas, giving you more homes to choose from.
To use the service, you need to complete an online registration and be accepted onto the Homes Direct housing register.
Once you have registered your application, you can start bidding for properties straight away. The Homes Direct team will write to all applicants to request proof of identity documents along with proof of local connection. You can also change and update your details yourself, rather than having to wait for the Homes Direct team to do it for you.
Vacant properties are advertised weekly on the website, with the bid cycle running from 12 midnight on a Tuesday to midnight on a Sunday.
