Station Approach is a development of 212 homes: 85 for affordable rent, 75 for shared ownership and 52 developed for outright sale. Please refer to the site plans below for full details including property sizes.
Following the release of the phase 1 properties at this development, all affordable rent properties are now let. Only shared ownership properties remain available.
The remaining shared ownership properties will hand over from now through to January 2020.

AC Lloyd are the main contractor for the development, producing the 160 affordable rent and shared ownership properties for Waterloo Housing and Waterloo Home. They began construction work on 3rd October 2016 and the scheme is being constructed in phases, with an aim to complete final handover of all properties by the end of 2020 / start of 2021.
Station Approach Plot A1 - CGI
Station Approach is being built in partnership with Warwick District Council, and will include a new council owned 100 space car park and an improved cycle-path to the station via the underpass off Avenue Road
This is a large development, and inevitably there will necessarily be a certain level of impact on existing residents of the area and users of the current car park. We will post regular updates and news items on this page in order to keep you informed
