As it is now quick and easy to report non-emergency repairs through Your Waterloo, Waterloo have reviewed the business hours within which non-emergency repairs can be reported by telephone and made several key changes which will come into effect from 1st August 2018:
Both these changes are due to come into effect from 1st August 2018.
This will allow us to spend more time dealing with emergency repairs and other calls made to ensure we provide you with the best quality customer service possible.
Remember that emergency repairs can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After 1st August 2018 you will need to call us on the new 0345 600 6055 number to report these.
