Waterloo Housing Group relies on feedback from our customers to help ensure that we are delivering the services you want in a way which meets your needs.
Since May 2018, we have been working with an independent company called Voicescape to carry out a number of SMS text message surveys to selected tenants. The survey will not go out to all of our tenants and will specifically look at getting feedback about our customer portal ‘Your Waterloo’.
Your feedback counts. If you receive an SMS text message, please take part in the survey as you could be in with a chance to win a £50 gift voucher. You will have one week after you receive the SMS text message to reply to be in with a chance of winning. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
In the next few weeks Voicescape will be contacting customers who have registered with Your Waterloo but have not yet used it.
Voicescape will send an SMS text message to all customers who have registered on the portal to find out the reasons that they are not using it. The survey should take no more than one minute to complete.
