Here at Waterloo Housing we are always looking for ways to improve the services we deliver to you.
To help us do this we are now surveying customers monthly to help establish whether we are providing you with the level of service that you expect.
We will be sending out an e-mail survey to a sample of customers each month. The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete so if you receive this survey please complete it honestly as all feedback will be used to improve our services going forward.
If you wish to opt out of these surveys, a link will be included in the first email you receive which will give you this option.
