With the flooding currently occurring around Wainfleet and Lincolnshire, Waterloo Housing would like to assure all our customers in the area that we are working with the local authority to make preparations in the event that any of your homes are affected.

Due to this incident, we foresee the possibility for high call volumes today. If you are planning to call today with a non-emergency repair or enquiry, please consider reporting this via our customer portal Your Waterloo - this will avoid you waiting on hold and also allow us to deal with emergency calls as quickly as possible
