Here at Waterloo Housing we are always looking for ways to improve the services we deliver to you. To help us do this we are a member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), who are an independent, professional body for customer services. The ICS helps us to measure how we are performing against similar organisations and helps us set service standards for the future.
At the end of March we will be sending out an e-mail survey to a sample of customers that have received a service from us over the past few months.
If you receive this survey please complete it honestly as all feedback will be used to improve our services going forward
