Due to Storm Dennis continuing to affect a large number of our customers, our contact centre are currently only taking emergency calls until further notice. Any non-emergency matter will have to be reported online. We will announce as soon as this changes.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but hope you understand that these measures are to ensure that we can quickly and efficient help those of our customers who are in the most need, and keep our staff and customers safe.

In addition, due to flooding in the Worcester area making it unsafe for staff and customers to get to our offices, we have unfortunately had to close the reception of our Progress House offices.
This is temporary, but will continue until further notice. We will announce as soon as we re-open, so please ensure you check this website or our social media for an update before travelling to us. The reception will not be staffed or open to the public until we have announced the re-opening.
