Further to our last update, our contact centre are once again taking all calls - both emergency and non-emergency.
However, due to high call volumes, long hold times are expected so we would suggest that if you can report your issue online, you continue to do so.

In addition, due to flooding in the Worcester area making it unsafe for staff and customers to get to our offices, we have unfortunately had to close the reception of our Progress House offices.
This is temporary, but will continue until further notice. We will announce as soon as we re-open, so please ensure you check this website or our social media for an update before travelling to us. The reception will not be staffed or open to the public until we have announced the re-opening.
